Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and discounts.
Stocking and Merchandising:
Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
Assist with receiving and organizing merchandise shipments.
Implement merchandising guidelines to enhance product presentation.
Inventory Management:
Conduct regular stock checks to monitor inventory levels.
Assist with inventory replenishment and restocking.
Report discrepancies and shortages to the appropriate personnel.
Store Maintenance:
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Monitor and replenish shopping bags, receipts, and other supplies.
Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed.
Assistance in Visual Merchandising:
Support the implementation of visual merchandising plans.
Ensure that promotional displays are set up accurately and attractively.
Returns and Exchanges:
Process customer returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
Verify product condition and handle returns efficiently.
Cash Handling:
Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
Security:
Monitor and report any suspicious activities to management.
Follow security procedures to prevent theft and losses.
Team Collaboration:

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
